Your $9.99 sleep report
Nightleaf Sleep Care provides personalized sleep education for adults 18 and older. Your selected assessment answers shape a 30-day plan with four steps, six focus areas, specific actions, associated benefits, practical adjustments, and a printable tracker.
The total price is $9.99 USD, including any applicable sales tax. Both assessment options have the same price. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
Access and delivery
Your assessment and personal preview are free. When checkout is available, pay securely through Stripe without creating an account. After payment is confirmed, your full report opens on the website. Find it again in My reports in the browser you used to purchase, open your private report link on another device, or print it and save a PDF for your own use. Keep the private link to yourself: anyone with it can open your report. There is no physical delivery or shipping charge.
Report delivery is on this website, not by email. If a confirmed payment does not unlock your report, contact us with your order reference so we can restore access or arrange a refund. You can delete your saved assessment and report from My reports; download a copy first.
What this purchase includes
Your plan uses a structured sleep-guidance library and predefined personalization rules. AI-generated reports, analysis of written notes, monthly coaching, and clinician appointments are not included. Clinicians and psychologists contributed to the service design; individual reports are generated automatically.
Nightleaf is a sleep education and wellness service, not a medical practice. Reports are for your personal use and are not a diagnosis or prescription.
Refunds and support
Digital report purchases are final; please review the preview and what is included before paying. See our refund and delivery policy for duplicate charges, unresolved delivery failures, and applicable consumer rights. For access, billing, privacy, or product questions, use our contact form. Deleting a report does not request a refund.
These terms describe the current one-time report. Any future subscription will have its own clearly presented price and terms before you choose to subscribe. These terms do not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
